If you’re unsure, we’ll walk through your books, workload, and goals together. Most clients start with the Standard Controller Tier and adjust up or down as we go.
Do you offer bookkeeping?
Yes, but only as part of ongoing controller support. I no longer offer one-off bookkeeping services by themselves.
Do you help with certified payroll and AIA billing?
Absolutely. These are some of the most requested services from contractors, and I provide both full processing and review-level support depending on your package.
How does billing work?
Most clients are on a monthly retainer so they receive steady support and predictable costs. Cleanup work or special projects can be billed separately if needed.
Do you require a long-term commitment?
No. I typically work month-to-month, although most clients stay long-term because financial systems work best with consistency.
Do you offer tax preparation?
Tax services are available for ongoing business clients who receive monthly controller or bookkeeping support.
Can you help if my books are messy?
Yes. Many clients start with a cleanup phase before transitioning into ongoing support. We’ll get everything organized so you can move forward confidently.
Do you use QuickBooks?
Yes. I specialize in QuickBooks Online for both small businesses and contractors. If you need setup, cleanup, or optimization, I can help.
